4. Candida Infection

Candidiasis is acute or chronic infections caused by Candida albicans, which is the most common fungal disease.

The bacteria invade skin, or mucous membranes, causes visceral or organs infection.

Clinical symptoms are varied. In recent years, in the tendency of inappropriate use of antibiotics, hormones, immune inhibitor, as well as organ transplantation, the number of inflicted people has been greatly increased, the consequences are debilitating and maybe life-threatening in serious cases.

Candida vaginitis and Candidal balanitis (infection on male sexual organ) are transmitted through the unprotected sex, both genders are equally vulnerable in the sexual conduct.

Candida inflicted skin is a condition of chronic, progressive skin disease, which is often an indication of immune function deficiencies or endocrine disorders, such as parathyroid and a degraded adrenal function.

Mouth, pharynx, tongue, and gums are often the infected area, a dusky and white membrane forms up, beneath the mucous membrane is a visible red base, often accompanied with a numbness feeling or pain.

Visceral candidiasis infection, if not treated in time, the harmful bacteria may grow and eventually affect all the internal organs. The intestinal candidiasis and pulmonary candidiasis are more common, in line with the inflammation of the urinary tract, renal pelvis, nephritis, endocarditis and meningitis, and septicemia.

All visceral infections often relate to many chronic diseases, or long-term use of antibiotics, corticosteroids. Cancer treatment, includes chemotherapy, radiotherapy may also be the culprit.

In a healthy large intestine, a lot of different types of bacteria co-exist. Harmful germs share the environment with beneficial germs in a balanced ratio. Normally, Candida is controlled in a certain number, a healthy colon somewhat needs them because some good bacteria in the colon feed on them, thus an ecological environment is maintained. Nevertheless, when people have severe constipation, their immune system is weakened, balance of intestinal flora is destroyed, and that may result in the over-growth of Candida.

People infected with Candida should avoid foods high in sugar; because sugar is the favorite food of Candida. Colon hydrotherapy is effective to curb the over-growth of Candida; the environment can be rebalanced after the colon cleansing. Meanwhile, the probiotics (good bacteria) should be added into our body from time to time by eating yogurt, drinking herb tea, or in different ways of the choices.

Organs in body have different functions and roles, but they are orchestrating and working as a whole. If the visceral system is corrected and healed, the other body systems can be positively affected and there may start a healing process.
